Telecommunications Equipment Program

The Georgia Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (TEDP) is administered by the Georgia Public Service Commission and managed, under contract to the Commission, by the Georgia Council for the Hearing Impaired (GACHI). The program provides financially and medically qualified applicants with specialized telecommunications equipment, training and warranty repair services.
