Web CapTel works with any type of telephone, including cell phones, land-line phones and even amplified phones. A computer, internet connection and web browser are the only tools needed to access Web CapTel. All Web CapTel calls are free, including long-distance calls. Mobile CapTel extends the benefits of Web CapTel to select mobile phones.* Mobile CapTel is the single-device, captioned telephone service designed specifically for individuals who have difficulty hearing on a mobile phone. Mobile CapTel allows users to place and receive calls - and see every word a caller says right on the mobile device. Simply set up a Web CapTel account and access Mobile CapTel using the same account. Mobile CapTel is a free service.
